Quick easy ordering. And quick delivery. Not wearing till next year for my wedding but love them.

Easy to order ,fast delivery and just great products

I ordered what I wanted for my wedding shoes - satin block heels in a size 8. They arrived promptly, I tried them on and they were way too small, I couldn't even get my toes into them. I returned via a free Royal Mail service collecting from my house and was charged by XY for postage. £6.98 down and nothing to show for it.

Ordered my normal size, both boots are at least 1.5 size smaller. I would never normally leave a negative review however i have messaged on facebook where i brought these to ask why i am to pay postage back on a product thats mis sold and heard nothing back.

It was a horrible experience, the worst I hava had since I buy on internet. You didn't send me the product when I needed it more and, worse, you neglected to tell me that you wouldn't send it anymore (I had to ask you and to wait for an answer), even though you took the money from my account.

Ordered my boots at lunchtime and they were dispatched within an hour and arrived the next day... and it was Christmas!! The boots are gorgeous and great quality. Love this company and would definitely recommend. I will be ordering again

Unfortunately the boots didn't fit so I am having to return them. This I am finding extremely difficult due to all Evri parcel return depots are already full and not taking back any more parcels. So all in all not a good experience.

The shoes arrived in a used box and used packaging. I had to return them as they were too small and poorly finished. What I did not realise when I ordered is that the return postage comes OFF YOUR REFUND, AFTER you've already paid postage to receive the item.

I love this website! I kinda stumbled onto it looking for boots, little did I know I would find 2 perfect pairs for a reasonable price but they came so quickly! I already recommended it to my friend!

Absolutely devastated with this purchase. Received the item. I ordered a size 9 in ladies size and I’m only normally a size 8 went to try them on and not even 3/4 of my foot would go in the shoe!!! Absolutely disgusting sizing so sad about this and not forgetting furious!! ?

Subscribed to emails for the offer of 10% off first order got sent a code to use within 48hours so tried to used it within time frame , had 2 pairs of boots ready to buy , code says in valid. Submitted an enquiry via online form no reply , sent and email no reply. So tried to unsubscribe by clicking on unsubscribe from the email I got sent to be informed email address is not subscribed even though it was from the email sent arrrgh had enough now so can't comment on the boots as never ordered

I did not send from this email however I have since ordered 2 pairs of boots, these are both being returned as they are so narrow on calf's and ankles so can not wear shame this is going to be at my own expense I wouldn't be bothered with this online shop again

Ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes in different sizes (one in my normal size and one in the size above). Both arrived really quickly, can’t fault the delivery times. Unfortunately both were too small. Returned them and ordered the next size up (bearing in mind, this is now 2 sizes above my normal size) they’ve arrived today and they’re still too small. Shoes looked nice but just be wary of the sizing, they do seem made quite small. Need to return this pair now as well (which has now cost me £11 in return charges) Won’t be buying any more.

Positives: order processed quickly and items arrived promptly
Negatives: Poor quality items and inadequate sizing. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes - all labelled as a size 8, but I would not say that they are true to size. Company ought to consider referencing that fit of the shoes is narrow or advise customers to size up.

The day my order was due for delivery, I received an email to say they didn't have my order. Don't know why they couldn't inform me sooner, then had to wait for a refund.
Surely it shouldnt take that long to realise they didn't have my order. And if they did have my order, then it would never have arrived on the due date anyway as it hadn't been posted in time.
